Fees

Coaching / Hypnotherapy sessions 60.00 per hour. Smoking Cessation - 120.00 per 2 hour session - 55.00 follow up if required. Weight Management - 5 session programme - 300.00 or 275.00 if "block booked".

Born in Bristol and resides in the West Midlands (Stourbridge) area. Varied career history in both the Public and Private sectors and spent the last 25 years working in Training and Education. Professionally qualified Coach (ILM), NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher and Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnotherapist. Using a predominantly coaching approach and a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate change and transformation.
