Training, Qualifications and Experience

I hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (HPD DHP) and am a certified NLP Practitioner. I am also a qualified KGHypnobirthing Teacher (DipHB(KGH)), trained in the gold-standard antenatal education programme accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

I also have a BA (Hons) in Interdisciplinary Art & Design, which underpins my creative, client-led approach to therapy and group facilitation. My background helps me create emotionally engaging, stigma-free spaces that meet people where they are.

I am DBS-checked, trauma-informed, and committed to ongoing professional development in perinatal mental health and mind–body approaches to emotional wellbeing.

Before retraining, I spent over a decade working in creative community engagement, delivering projects with organisations such as FACT Liverpool, CAMHS, and the BFI — experience that now informs my accessible, person-centred approach to therapeutic work.

I work with clients 1:1, in groups, and also offer tailored wellbeing support for workplaces and women returning to work after maternity leave. My services are available online, in-clinic, and via home visits in South Wales.
