We start with a free 20-30 minute discovery call to ascertain how we can work together. Then I work on an initial 4 session booking which often is enough to create the required change. Further sessions can be booked on a single session basis.

A Mindfulness Based Hypnotherapist located in Birmingham seeing clients face to face or on zoom. I specialise in helping clients sustain changes within their lives to help them feel emotionally and physically well.

Zach is a qualified Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnotherapist completing his training with Central England College. Zach has suffered with anxiety since childhood which has continued to be part of his life. In his early teens, he found the Japanese martial art of Aikido - a non competitive art emphasising blending and non confrontation.  Aikido is essentially an embodiment of Mindfulness Meditation through movement and also incorporates meditation and breathing exercises.  Zach continues to practice and teach Aikido as well as Yoga and self hypnosis which have all been a great help. Zach takes time to understand his clients and what they seek to change. By utilising the differing methods of hypnosis and mindfulness and encouraging gentle body movement, a customised plan for the session and for self practice can be designed and most importantly clients feel able to implement these changes into their lives.

Zach's main approach is to help clients reframe issues and symptoms thereby reducing the physical and mental tension around them. Once this starts to happen, a person will start to feel calmer and relax more which then can assist with change. Utilising a combination of Mindfulness Meditation and Hypnosis is an extremely powerful tool to assist change and really help clients bring the changes into their lives that they need. Zach believes that every symptom or issue hides a positive intention and that discovering this can help lead to change.

Zach has helped clients that suffer with Anxiety and Depression, Chronic Fatigue, Phobias as well as helping students to improve focus for exams and interviews. Zach has successfully worked with many professionals who are trying to deal with stress as well as students who are trying better to focus and motivate themselves.
