Additional Information
My private practice sits alongside my independent research and programme-development work.
I offer a warm, collaborative and respectful space where you can explore what has been happening in your life without pressure or judgement. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what is wrong or what you need. We can begin by making sense of your experiences together.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. Clinical hypnotherapy may form part of our work, alongside careful inquiry, reflection, psychoeducation and practical emotional-regulation strategies. Any approach used will be discussed with you and guided by your needs, preferences and pace.
I work with adults and have a particular interest in supporting women affected by domestic abuse, coercive control, anxiety, overwhelm, major life changes or a gradual loss of connection with themselves.
Sessions are primarily available online, with UK face-to-face appointments considered by arrangement. An initial confidential conversation gives us an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and whether my approach is suitable for you.
My practice is not an emergency or crisis service. Where specialist, safeguarding or urgent support may be more appropriate, I will discuss referral or signposting with you.

Training, Qualifications and Experience
I bring together more than 20 years of clinical healthcare experience with specialist academic and therapeutic training.
I hold an MA in Woman and Child Abuse Studies from London Metropolitan University. My dissertation received a Distinction and explored women’s experiences of prolonged struggle, emotional wellbeing and the need for breathing space. I have also completed postgraduate study in mental health psychology, including mindfulness and resilience.
I completed a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with the Surrey Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy, involving more than 120 hours of training. I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
My work is trauma-informed, integrative and guided by a biopsychosocial understanding of wellbeing. I have a particular interest in supporting women experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, major life changes, domestic abuse, coercive control or a gradual loss of connection with themselves.
I continue to develop my practice through reflective learning, professional development and research.
