I am a trained clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist based in South Benfleet, Essex; within easy reach of Basildon and Southend. I'm also an NLP, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or "tapping") and BWRT practitioner with a BSc Degree (Open) in Psychology and a Level 4 Counselling Diploma (Person Centred).

I find it incredibly worthwhile helping people prevail over problems or conditions that may be holding them back and preventing them from being the best that can be and reaching their goals. Hypnosis and hypnotherapy is just one of the great ways I help people communicate their personal emotions. I also use other modalities, which can be useful in tailoring sessions to meet people needs in the moment, as they say; one size rarely fits all.

My office is easily accessible, air conditioned, bright and clean, with toilet facilities and is located within a quiet and private setting. I aim to provide a safe, friendly and relaxing atmosphere that should suit most peoples needs.
