I’m an accredited Life Coach, NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist, supporting people of all ages to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and compassion.
With over 20 years of experience working across early years, education, and social care, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teenagers, and adults through many different stages of life, and I bring that experience into every session I offer, along with my lived experience. These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves the chance to thrive — not just survive.
