Types of client:
I believe that there are strengths and weaknesses in all of us. In any challenging situation, the first step to making things better is to find a supportive, non-judgemental counsellor to help us better understand the issues and develop a strategy for dealing with them . Drawing on my professional training and a wealth of personal experience, I provide clients with a compassionate perspective and a safe environment in which to explore and navigate any problems.
I have worked in a number of different settings, including as a teacher, carer and counsellor, and have lived in a variety of different countries, all of which have helped me to develop a broad perspective in which to frame my clients’ issues. I consider myself worldly-wise but forever curious and have a strong commitment to helping others.
