I have lived through many challenges and overcome my own inner beliefs, through my academic studies and having been in Therapy myself, I can now say I have walked the talk to help guide those that need a helping hand. 

With deep roots in both clinical therapy and the spiritual arts, my practice holds a rare and considered space - one where the science of the mind and the wisdom of the soul are not in conflict, but in conversation.

I offer mainly online sessions via Zoom. I can also locate a therapy room to hire in the West Malling, Sevenoaks and North Kent Areas - additional charges will be added.
