Hello, my name is Sarah and I’m a Child and Adolescent Emotional Wellbeing Coach, working to support children find solutions to any challenges they may be facing. Seeking to problem solve through individually tailored sessions, I can help children find ways to regulate leading to greater wellbeing.

Cosy Corner Coaching works out of a quiet garden cabin in the corner of my garden, hence the name! It's a purpose built, calm space to explore feelings, build confidence and resilience and uncover goal and solution based change. I have experience of working with children and adolescents throughout my career, notably as a Peer Learning Mentor while at university, and later through my role at Young Epilepsy. For the last ten years I've worked in a primary school, most recently as an ELSA, where I've worked with children who have difficulty regulating their emotions. Whether this is because they are grieving, anxious or have low-self-esteem, I remain non-judgmental and individually tailor each session to best suit their needs. Coaching can help children gain control by learning regulation strategies, which in turn allows them to understand themselves better and work towards positive change.
