I'm a Solution-Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist with a background in the corporate sector, where I developed a deep understanding of stress, pressure and the demands of modern working life. This experience inspired my commitment to helping people find calm, clarity and confidence through therapeutic change.
My approach is grounded in Solution-Focused therapy and gentle, evidence-based hypnosis. Rather than revisiting past difficulties, we focus on your strengths, resources and future possibilities, helping you move toward the version of yourself you want to become. This modality is particularly effective for reducing anxiety, building resilience, breaking unhelpful habits and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I offer sessions from the Sheffield Clinic of Complementary Medicine in Sheffield, as well as online for those who prefer support from the comfort of their own space. Whether in person or virtually, I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard, comfortable and empowered to take positive steps forward.
