I qualified as a Hypnotherapist more than 20 years ago! having worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist in the NHS and privately for many years, specialising in Juvenile Arthritis, especially in adolescence.
I soon realised the physical body was responding to psychological issues and therefore began my psychotherapy journey! I began by training as a Hypnotherapist, gaining distinction, and then have further trained in different modalities including BWRT ( Brainworking Recursive Therapy) up to Level 3.
I absolutely love my work and realise we are all so different!! so my therapy is tailor made to the individual issue presented, and the results are great!! I enjoy working with simple fears and phobias as they can often be sorted out in 1 session, but also it is great to work with teenagers going through tough times and more complicated long standing issues, as I really do not think anything cannot be helped with the different variety of therapies that I can offer.
