Types of client:
In my 1:1 therapeutic work, I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, chronic stress patterns, toxic or unhealthy relationship dynamics, and mind-body conditions such as chronic pain, fatigue, or digestive issues. My approach draws on NLP, CBT, Eriksonian and conversational hypnotherapy, somatic and inner‑child work, and pattern‑shifting modalities to help people recognise unhelpful behaviours, release emotional imprints, and restore confidence in their own decision‑making. Clients often experience meaningful progress within a small number of sessions, with options for continued wellbeing coaching where longer-term support is needed.
As an accredited trainer, I also deliver professional training for those wishing to qualify as therapists or enhance their existing therapeutic toolkit. My programmes blend psychology, communication, NLP, hypnotherapy, coaching skills, and trauma-informed methodologies to create a holistic learning journey that develops both confidence and competence. Courses range from focused workshops to complete diplomas, all designed to equip practitioners with the clarity, mindset, and practical tools needed to support others effectively and ethically
Whether you are seeking personal support or professional development, I aim to help you build a stronger connection between mind, body, and gut, empowering you to create sustainable change, improve emotional wellbeing, and move forward with renewed strength and clarity.

Putting the key to your happiness in someone else’s pocket
You don’t notice the exact moment it happens. Most people don’t. No one wakes up one morning and thinks, Today, I’m going to hand over the responsibility for my happiness. But it happens anyway, quietly, gradually, almost imperceptibly, the way a slow …
