It was my first experience with a hypnotherapist that helped me to reconnect to myself and start to live more authentically. During our last session together, as we were discussing my future, and I was talking about psychotherapy training he said "you'd do worse than be a hypnotherapist because you've got the voice for it". So that's what I did!

I trained in psychoanalytical therapy and hypnotherapy with the Kent Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, based in Benenden Hospital, and have trained with many other organisations over the years. I am a member of The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and have also helped train other hypnotherapists at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis in Southend and have taught Access Consciousness, meditation and self development.

Over the years I have specialised in treating phobias, confidence, self-esteem, stress and anxiety, depression, hypnobirthing, Regression and grief counselling throughout my career and also enjoy working with teenagers and young adults with ASD and ADHD diagnosis, and those in the LGBTQ+ community, combining all my training into helping support those going through their own awakening and transition in life.

My aim is to bring genuine care, respect and a sense of humour to my work, creating a space for powerful transformation with a gentle guiding hand that leaves you feeling supported. I conduct my sessions in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere on a one to one basis with complete confidentiality, whilst adhering to a strict code of ethics.
