I am a UK-certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist committed to empowering individuals to overcome challenges and achieve personal transformation. I provide a supportive environment for self-exploration and healing, using evidence-based techniques and tailored approaches to help clients break free from limiting beliefs and achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, painting, horse riding, and hiking, which bring balance and creativity to my life. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I am an experienced consultant orthodontist specialising in orthodontics and dental lasers. I am also an ISLD ambassador, Fellow of the RCSEd and ICD, and a former International Advisor for RCSEd. My mission is to help individuals lead empowered and fulfilling lives.
