I trained at the award‑winning SFTA Hypnotherapy Academy in Liverpool led by Carol Iley and Adele Parr, completing over 120 hours of in‑person study alongside supervised client work. I hold the Solution Focused Academy Hypnotherapy Diploma (SFHD) and the NCFE‑accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), externally verified as equivalent to a Level 4 qualification (still pending). My training is accredited by the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and fully recognised by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC), British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP (BIH), Association for Professional Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (APHP), and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
