Ever since my early 20s I have had a great interest in psychology and helping people get out of their own way to be get the most out of their life. I am a fully qualified free association clinical hypnotherapist. I am also a trained level 2 Triathlon coach.
I bring my life experience of working in a high powered corporate position, overcoming depression, surviving cancer along with my passion to support others to enable them to improve their lives to be the best version of themselves
