Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist.  I trained in counselling with my local education authority (LEA) in order to work in a Special School, youth clubs and the probation service.  Throughout the following years I have continued to work with individuals, families and groups, including drug rehabilitation, mental health settings, 1:1 including private clients, charities and in business.  I have worked in commercial firms on personal and management and leadership development and performance; with individuals and teams – on people skills, listening and communication, coaching and counselling.  I have worked with legal teams, adoption organisations, schools, third age groups and referrals from many different sources, including GPs, psychiatrists and other counsellors and therapists.  In 2017 I also added a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy which extended my study in neuroscience, stress management, anxiety, depression and many other aspects and challenges of modern life.  I have supported many individuals and families over many years and happily received countless thanks and appreciation.
