Discover Your Path to Personal Growth & Well-being

At times, life can be challenging, and it's common to feel stuck or overwhelmed. Our journey together is about helping you navigate those challenges and empowering you to find your unique path to personal growth and well-being. Through a collaborative and personalised approach, we will work to identify and address the root of any underlying issues you may be experiencing.

My approach is holistic and rich of my extensive training in varied modalities.  Thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are explored, and clients can reconnect with their own inner resources. For other clients, visualisation and the use of hypnotic language of Clinical Hypnotherapy help overcoming anxiety, phobias and childhood trauma.

My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. Regaining a sense of self-worth empowers people to find ways to cope and helps them become resilient.

‍Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and feel that ‘nothing is working’, I'm here to help. Together, we'll work to identify the root of the issue and develop personalised strategies to help you forward.

  • Internal Family System:
Developed by Richard C. Schwartz in the 1980s, IFS is based upon the idea that every person has multiple sub-personalities which can be in conflict with each other. This can lead to problematic habits and behaviours. The goal of IFS therapy is to help people identify and accept the different parts of themselves and heal the parts that are wounded.
  • Human Givens Practitioner (HG.Dip.P):
The Human Givens approach proposes that there are certain innate needs and resources that all humans possess, which contribute to their well-being and functioning. Accordingly, when these innate needs are not met or are disrupted, individuals may experience emotional distress, mental health problems, or behavioural issues. During the sessions, you will be supported in identifying and addressing unmet needs. Tools and strategies will be put in place to help you regain a happy life.
  • Intensive Training in Cognitive Behavioural Technique:
CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, and by identifying and modifying negative or distorted thoughts, we can improve our emotional well-being.During sessions, you will become aware of your negative or unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs and you will be supported in challenging and replacing them with more realistic and adaptive ones.
  • Brainworking Recursive Technique (BWRT)® General Psychopathology& Psychology of Identity & Behaviour:
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘Brainworking Recursive Technique®’, a method of working with personal issues created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It’s a totally confidential method that does not require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to the practitioner and it is carried out in a completely conscious state. It does not use hypnosis, nor does it employ any concepts that might be considered mystical or unscientific – it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and for it to succeed only needs you to know what you want to change in your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code
  • Advanced Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine:

In this state you will becomes more open to suggestion and better able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and memories. • Imago Therapy:
Designed for couples seeking to enhance their relationships and resolve conflicts. The goal of Imago therapy is to create a conscious, loving partnership that promotes growth, empathy, and long-lasting fulfilment.

Developed by Dr. Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen LaKelly Hunt, Imago therapy operates on the premise that the challenges and conflicts in adult relationships often have roots in unresolved issues from childhood.

During the sessions, you will get  to understand the impact of your individual upbringing and family dynamics on your current relationship. You will practice open and empathetic communication.

As you progress through Imago therapy, you will gain insights into your relational patterns, develop healthier ways of relating, and work towards healing old wounds. You will progressively take responsibility for your own feelings and responses rather than blaming each other. Finally you will strengthen your emotional bonds and overcome challenges in your relationships.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy for Individuals and Couples:
A widely recognized and empirically validated therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Sue Johnson. It is designed to help couples who are experiencing distress or difficulties in their relationships by delving deep into the emotional bonds and attachment patterns that underlie their issues.

EFT is firmly rooted in attachment theory: Humans have an innate need to connect emotionally with others, especially with their romantic partners. When these emotional bonds are disrupted or threatened, it can lead to a range of relationship problems, including communication breakdowns, conflicts, and feelings of isolation.

During sessions you will identify your negative patterns of interaction. Then you will gradually identify and express your needs and emotions in a safe and empathetic environment. And finally you will consolidate the progress you made and apply the skills and insights you have gained during therapy into everyday lives, fostering greater emotional intimacy, responsiveness, and connection.

  • Gottman Method:
A highly respected and evidence-based approach to couples counseling and relationship therapy developed by Dr. John Gottman and Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman.

  • Discernment Counselling:
A specialised form of therapeutic intervention designed to help couples who are facing significant relationship challenges, particularly when one or both partners are unsure about the future of their relationship. This approach is often employed when couples are contemplating whether to continue with their relationship or pursue separation or divorce.

A structured short-term process, Discernment Counselling serves as a decision-making tool and couples gain clarity about their situation and their readiness for the next steps. It does not aim to save the relationship at all costs but rather to facilitate an informed and thoughtful decision.

Couples are encouraged to explore multiple options, including reconciliation, separation, or divorce, while also considering the impact on themselves and any children involved.

Discernment Counselling provides a space for couples to reflect on their relationship without the immediate pressure of making a final decision. This can reduce impulsive choices and regrets.
