I am passionate about helping adults, children and young people to live their best lives.
I work in partnership with my clients to empowering them with the skills necessary to overcome challenges they are experiencing.
My approach is friendly and down to earth. My clients often report enjoying sessions and notice transformations they have never experienced before.
My approach is highly personalised to my client’s personality and needs. I use a range of techniques including Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychoeducation, Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Mindfulness.
I am a former Teacher and Special Educational Needs Specialist. I have a wealth of experience working with children and young people of all ages, and in particular those with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP). I strive to make my sessions for children both multi-sensory and fun. I can also offer a joined up service with your child's school on your request.
