Types of client:
I've been using Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling for many years in the consulting room and have seen lots of different people from all walks of life over the years!
I believe everyone truly has the capacity for change and to improve their lives for the better. My strategies help clients overcome anything they need in order to build the life they would like to be living.
I help clients improve their confidence, increase their own belief systems and self esteem, whilst also tackling some of the things which may have been holding them back from fulfilling their truest potential. I run a friendly and down to earth practice, and my clients report that they feel transformations that perhaps they've never felt before. Using a combination of various methods (there's no one size fits all in my sessions!) we can work together to help you to help yourself - you are always the one in control!
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
I can help with:

Training, Qualifications and Experience
My training started over 20 years ago when I studied for my first Counselling certification. I was instantly smitten! I went on to train as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, a Hypnotherapist and a Psychotherapist.
My career has been varied from working with private clients, to working in both schools and hospice environments.
in 2014 I was asked to become a tutor of therapy at a hypnotherapy school, and continue to teach there to this day. I’m also a supervisor for other therapists, and in 2021 I was asked to co-run the APHP & NRPC, and I am a co-director for both Associations.
