I am a Senior Registered Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Swindon with 25+ years experience (around 10,000 treatment sessions) specialising in anxiety disorders, OCD, relationships and attachment. I also work with trauma, depression, psychosexual difficulties, psychosomatic illness, and most other types of mental and emotional problems. I got my B.A. Honours Degree in Psychology from the Open University and also hold a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling (Dip CPC). I have trained with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (Bristol) as well as the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, and hold Diplomas in Hypnotherapy (DHP – Solution-focussed), Hypnoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBT Hyp), in addition to Anxiety Specialty certification.
