Continual professional development is an important part of my membership with the organisations I belong too, which means that I am regularly expanding my knowledge of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and other therapeutic techniques to enable me to offer the best possible assistance to my clients.

I am a Master Teacher Practitioner and registered with the UK Reiki Federation.

I am trained in Emotional Freedom Technique to Practitioner Level.

I started my training over 15 years ago, became fully qualified in all the therapies I practice, I have successfully helped numerous clients overcoming difficult issues. I do not have a set way of working on any issue presented to me, each session is tailor made to meet the clients individual needs and issues.
