Cassim Rasool is a registered Life Coach Practitioner & Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, with 19+ years' of frontline experience. As an NLP master practitioner, his therapy includes a fusion of mindfulness-based and evidence-based Mindfulness- Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Through mindful, non-judgemental, and compassionate guidance, I support individuals in staying present with life’s challenges, clarifying intentions, and strengthening resilience, whether you face personal, professional or emotional obstacles. I offer expert, tailored sessions that cultivate awareness, self-compassion and practical skills to move forward.
Practice values, I work from a person-centred, trauma-informed approach that emphasises dignity. I am a trusted human support — at the exact moment it’s needed. Designed for people who will not access traditional systems. I avoid the stigma – mark of disgrace attached to mental health, asking for help, appearance or social or corporate standing.
Supporting people who won’t or can’t access help elsewhere. I provide compassionate, non-judgemental presence for the most vulnerable - holding space for those facing end-of-life moments, accompanying individuals invited into their final transition, and supporting the difficult work of grieving (terminal) loved ones who are still alive. I explore meaning and purpose, "ikigai", when all hope is lost, and sit with those experiencing profound loneliness.
I am a Fellow of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), a prestigious recognition that reflects my advanced expertise and dedication to the fields of Complementary, Integrative Medicine and Natural Wellness, and an appointed Health and Wellness ambassador for the Institute of Directors (IoD).
I was born in Africa and have been living in the British Isles for the last 24 years. My work experience extends into the United Kingdom, the Mediterranean, Asia, Europe, the UAE & Middle East, Africa and Mauritius.

Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Movement
Various forms of meditation are distinguished by technique focus and purpose. We have 9 different meditation types that are practised and taught. Meditation can be practised in a silent, quiet space or adapted to indulge in and immerse yourself in various music genres.
• We practice and teach a 2500-year-old meditation, which in Maitrī (Sanskrit) and Mettā (Pali) languages both mean benevolence, also known as Loving Kindness Meditation.

• Mindfulness Movements include the 10 moves of THN and the freeing series.

• I profess not to be a yoga master; I frequently practise this amazing discipline, yoga Nidrā, which is beneficial and crucial to mindfulness. As a non-invasive type of yoga that requires no physical activity, I often share and teach yoga nidrā in my classes.
