Adelina Pjetra has made a valuable contribution for the training and professional preparation of medical staff (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, speech therapists), as well as to their preparation for the labor market outside Albania.

CEO of one of the most prestigious companies in Albania during the years 2001-2014 "Pjetra & Lorini" shpk, Mrs.  Pjetra managed to ensure a higher standard training for Albanian professionals, by providing training, internships, employment contracts and inter-institutional cooperation inside and outside Albania.

Her experience of cooperation and work with the Ministry of Health in Rome, the Italian Embassy in Albania and the most prestigious hospitals in Italy dates back to the beginning of 2001 and has continued for more than 10 years.
