Recently we had a message from someone called Mia who had read one of our child mental health posts on The APHP blog. She approached us to applaud us highlighting the recourses that are available for supporting children with mental health issues. 

She mentioned that she was passionate about spreading awareness to do with Cyberbullying and suggested this really helpful and extremely comprehensive guide for parents to help make them aware of cyberbullying. It explains what it is and how parents can become educated, and guard against it.
