UK College of Mindfulness Meditation – Mindfulness Teacher Training
The UK College of Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training course (BPS Approved, and APHP accredited) is structured through a specific, day-by-day programme, designed to guide students, over 5 consecutive days, through a combination of practical ‘hands on’ learning along with the teaching of underpinning theoretical knowledge.
Our Teacher Training includes the unique Mindfulness Now programme, which offers an integrated / eclectic approach to mindfulness teaching and aims to equip teachers to work with individuals and groups with many requirements including helping with physical and emotional pain, stress and anxiety, as well as building emotional resilience. This programme is designed to incorporate one-to-one work with participants, along with group work, and is fully adaptable to meet the needs of individual participants. Mindfulness Now has also been designed in such a way as to make it possible for practitioners to integrate it with other therapeutic modalities.
The course offers a stand-alone qualification in Mindfulness Teaching, as well as being one of four modules leading to the Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnosis Diploma (MBCH).

Past Life Regression & Therapy for Qualified Hypnotherapists.
This is a distance learning course Accredited by the Past Life Therapists Association, and as Level 4 CPD by the ACCPH. Available on-demand.
You can order the course materials to be posted to you in the UK only (the manual and postage is FREE OF CHARGE or you can access the course online via the Essex Mind Coach training website.
The course is made up of 5 Lessons. Upon completion of this course you will have obtained all the skills you need to set yourself up as a practitioner of Past Life Regression and Therapy. Many training schools omit Past Life Regression from their curriculums, despite the fact that many hypnotherapists who use regression to cause on a regular basis are apt to come across a spontaneous past life regression now and then. This course prepares you not only for the spontaneous regression to a past life, but also how to offer this therapy to a whole new set of clients.

The course covers:
– Past Life Regression and how it can occur
– ideas about where past lives come from
– theories of why people experience past lives
– the double induction method
– how to overcome sub-conscious resistance
– how to by-pass the most common difficulties encountered
– how to use PLR therapeutically
– how to ensure your client’s comfort and wellbeing throughout
– how to use clean language, and how to guide but not lead your client
Scripts are included which contain several different themes for you to choose from according to need or preference.
This is a course that will not only give you a whole new skill set, but will enrich your practice as a hypnotherapists and broaden your outlook.
At the end of each lesson you will have the opportunity to take an interim exam that, which allows your to check and consolidate your learning. Full feedback is given, and your tutor is available throughout to answer questions and provide clarification throughout.
When you have completed the course you can request the exam paper. Upon successful completion of the exam you will receive a full colour certificate in JPG and PDF format, as well as a hard copy through the post. You will also be entitled to use the letter DPLT after your name and in your professional endeavours. Completion of the course also qualifies you for membership of the international directory – The Past Life Therapists Association, and discounts on all further training PLTA Accredited courses.

No prior knowledge of EFT is required.
